They will learn and develop new skills and the PADI Bubblemaker program will enable them to experience a feeling of total weightlessness surrounded by hundereds of brightly coloured fish. They may even spot a turtle or a passing dolphin. What you’ll learn PADI Bubblemaker takes place at one of our local shallow dive sites or in the pool if required. The maximum depth they will go to is 6 metres. The session will begin with an informative talk, covering safety aspects of Scuba and what breathing underwater for the first time will be like. Your PADI instructor will teach you the basics of diving in easy to understand steps and will also explain how to use the basic diving equipment in a safe and effective way. Our team of PADI professionals will assist your child putting on the scuba equipment and help them to adjust to the exhilarating feeling of breathing underwater before setting off on their exploration. Your PADI instructor will also show you how to handle small problems if they should occur such as clearing your mask or equalizing your ears. The Scuba Gear You Will Use All the equipment you will need is provided for a Discover Scuba Diving experience. You’ll use all the basic scuba gear including a mask and snorkel, fins, a wetsuit, a buoyancy compensating jacket (BCD) that carries the scuba tank, a scuba regulator to breathe from and gauges to monitor depth and air supply. You just need to bring a towel and your swimming costume. Continue The Adventure… Now that you have taken your first scuba diving lesson, you are well on your way to becoming a certified scuba diver.
